Shell specimens on old stand and under bell jar

This took a little figuring out, but I like the way it turned out. The arm on the stand goes up and down and swivels. It’s attached to an old marble trophy base which is on a chunk of glass that was to be ground into a lens.  The trick was making it look like it was made to be like this, from another time. The fun part is collecting all the parts over the years and having them all fall into place. The stand was the last piece.
